A warm and friendly welcome awaits you at our cosy guest house perfectly situated between the wonderful beach of Slapton Sands at the front and the famous freshwater lake, Slapton Ley, at the rear.

The village of Torcross is on the A379 within easy reach of the old market town of Kingsbridge and the historic naval port of Dartmouth.

South Devon - and particularly our area, known as the South Hams - is famed for its spectacular scenery and a host of attractions. Local sporting facilities include indoor swimming pool, a sports centre in Kingsbridge, golf courses, horse riding, tennis courts, diving, sea and freshwater fishing. Slapton Ley is a haven for bird watchers, where there are two hides within a short walk.

Start Bay, in which Torcross is situated, is a unique stretch of coastline with spectacular landforms and beautiful panoramic views.

There are many fine beaches and wonderful walks to be taken along the South West Coastal Path, which passes our door.
